Shipping & Billing Schedule

MagiMo membership boxes ship 8 of 12 months of the year.

We renew on the 10th of the month and ship later that month so that you will have your box in plenty of time for the upcoming Holiday.

You will receive an email on the 8th of the month to remind you of your upcoming renewal.

You may skip any holiday box or cancel your membership anytime as long as it is done prior to the 9th of the shipping month before you are billed for the upcoming box.

Q: What holidays does MagiMo curate boxes for?

A: MagiMo currently curates boxes for 10 different celebrations (Membership includes 8):
New Year’s
Valentine’s Day
St. Patrick’s Day
Easter or Passover
4th of July
Halloween

Christmas or Hanukkah

Additionally, MagiMo will offer surprise PopUps throughout the year for more ‘everyday’ type celebrations for families who are looking for ways to infuse even more magic and fun “just because”.

Q. What does a MagiMo Box Include? Do you offer various box options?

A. At MagiMo, we are delighted to offer two fantastic celebration box options. Our Essentials Box includes everything you need to set a festive themed tablescape. Our Signature Box encompasses the full MagiMo experience that goes beyond table top decorations. This box is also filled with activities, recipe inspirations, music playlist and so much more!

Our thoughtfully curated box filled with all the essentials you need to create a festive tablescape! This box is perfect for families who want an EASY way to elevate their celebrations and give their kitchen table that “wow” factor.

Q. What is the benefit of ordering a MagiMo Box?

A. Our MagiMo boxes make it EASY for busy families to celebrate the holidays or any occasion by eliminating the hassle and stress out of planning, searching for and buying supplies.  

All items will arrive packaged together in a box, which makes it perfect for gifting or as a purchase for your own family! No more spending hours scouring the internet for ideas or running around town from store to store, trying to throw something together at the last minute. Q. Can I pick the Holidays I want to receive a MagiMo Box for?

A. Yes! Our current memberships are offered holiday to holiday (which will auto-renew) in sequential order throughout the year.

As a MagiMo member, you can skip any holiday as many times as you would like throughout the year as long as it is done prior to the 10th of the shipping month. We will send you a reminder on the 8th of the shipping month when
your account renews for the next holiday.

For the two months where we offer two options (Christmas/Hanukkah & Easter/Passover), please make sure there is a note in your membership stating your box preferences.
(If no note is written, our default boxes will be Easter/Christmas).

Q: What age(s) is a MagiMo Box for?

A. While our boxes are curated with children ages 3-10 in mind, we have found that all ages enjoy the contents and celebration! Our goal is to create an EXPERIENCE that the whole family can enjoy together no matter your age. You just may have to help your little ones out with some of the activities, but that’s what it’s all about!

Q: How many children does one box work for?

A. Our boxes are filled with tabletop place settings and activities that work for a family with up to 4 kids. A total of 6 place settings is included in each box.

Q. Will you offer any other types of boxes outside of the holidays?

A. YES!! MagiMo will curate “Pop Up” boxes throughout the year to celebrate special occasions or to just help you turn a family pizza and movie night into something more magical!

Q. What if there is a problem with my order?

Membership Policy

Q. What if I am a MagiMo member but need to skip a holiday?

A: As a MagiMo member, simply log into your account and you can skip any holiday as many times as you would like throughout the year as long as it is done prior to the 10th of the shipping month. We will send you a reminder on the 8th of the shipping month when your account renews for the next box.

For example if you would like to skip your 4th of July box, you must do so before June 10.

Just log into your account on our website and select the holiday(s) you would like to skip. It’s that easy!

Q. What is your billing schedule?

A: We renew on the 10th of the shipping month and ship no later than the 20th of the month.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you decide you want to cancel your membership altogether, instead of just skipping a box, simply login to your account and select the red cancel button prior to the 10th of the shipping month.

If you cancel after the box has renewed, your cancellation will go into effect after the current box has shipped.

Gift purchases are non refundable.

Q. Can I send a membership as a gift?

A: Absolutely! Go to our "Give as a Gift" page for our gifting options.

Q. I'm going to be traveling for an upcoming holiday. Can I edit my shipping address?

A: Absolutley! We actually think MagiMo boxes are a great way to have a magical and festive holiday experience when away from home.

If you want to edit the address for an upcoming shipment, update your membership address in
your account page before the 10th of the shipping month. You can email hello@magimoboxes.com if you need any help.

Give as a Gift

Q. What gift options do you offer?

A: Absolutely! We think our MagiMo boxes make the best gifts!

We offer three gift options:
1. One Box, One Time (will not auto renew)
2. Multi-Box: You can buy a package of 3 boxes (next 3 on the calendar)
3. A recurring Holiday-to-Holiday membership where they will receive each upcoming box (they will still have the option to skip any holiday) until canceled.

We believe nothing says "I love you" quite like the promise of magical moments shared with those who matter most.

Q. Do gifts auto-renew?

A: The single box and three box gift options do NOT auto renew. If you want to gift someone a Holiday-to-Holiday membership, that will auto renew just like the non-gift membership until you cancel. Gift memberships still have the option to skip or cancel anytime.

Shipping & Returns

Q. What is your shipping schedule?

A: MagiMo membership boxes ship 8 of 12 months of the year for the holiday collection:
Valentine’s Day: Ships in January
St. Patrick’s Day: Ships in February
Easter or Passover: Ships in March
4th of July: Ships in June
Halloween: Ships in September Thanksgiving: Ships in October
Christmas/Hannukkah: Ships in November
New Year’s: Ships in December

We renew on the 10th of the month and ship later that month so that you will have your box in plenty of time for the upcoming Holiday.

You will receive an email on the 8th of the month to remind you of your upcoming renewal.

MagiMo Membership Boxes Ship no later than the 20th of the month so that you will have your box in plenty of time for the upcoming holiday celebration.

This will allow you to receive your box in plenty of time for the upcoming holiday.

Q. My box never arrived. What should I do?

A: If you have any problems with your expected delivery, we must be notified within 2 weeks of when you received your tracking information. We will not be able to be held accountable for replacing the missing box if we are not notified within this time and will not be able to offer a refund.

If the box did not arrive due to an incorrect address entered by the customer or an address change, pending availability, there will be a $45 service fee (+shipping) to send a replacement box to the revised address.

Q. Does MagiMo accept Returns?

A: Given the seasonal nature of this product, all purchases are non-refundable. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

Q. What if something arrives damaged?

A: If something arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at hello@magimoboxes within one week of receiving your box so we can work to fix it!

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: While we hope to be able to ship worldwide in the future, at this point in time, we only ship within the continental United States.

Q: How is shipping calculated?

A: Essential Boxes: Shipping is a flat rate of $7 for our Single Box purchase and Holiday-to-Holiday membership boxes. If you purchase our 3 box bundle, shipping will be a one time fee of $15 ($5/box).


Signature Boxes: Shipping is a flat rate of $8 for our Single Box purchase and Holiday-to-Holiday membership boxes. If you purchase our 3 box bundle, shipping will be a one time fee of $18 ($6/box).
