REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing MagiMo! Due to the seasonal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased.

Your satisfaction is important to us. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you believe products are missing, please take a picture and contact us at hello@magimoboxes.com within one week of receiving your box so we can work to quickly fix it.

We appreciate your understanding of our return policy. We are committed to ensuring your experience with MagiMo is a positive experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to to us at hello@magimoboxes.com

In the event that Magimo cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: 2/21/2024

If you are not completely satisfied with MagiMo, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your recurring payments.

In order to cancel you will need to log into your account on our website and click “cancel my subscription” PRIOR to the renewal date which is the 10th of each shipping month. If your membership has already been renewed, your membership will be canceled beginning with the next scheduled box.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE TENTH DAY OF A SHIPPING MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S BOX. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
