What You’ll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups Chex Cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups Lucky Charms Cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups Mini Pretzels
  • 12oz White chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms (add M&Ms that are the colors of the rainbow)
  • 1/4 cup Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a large cookie sheet or baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  2. ****Layer onto the parchment or wax paper the pretzels, rice chex, M&Ms, and Lucky Charms cereal.
  3. Heat white chocolate chips according package instructions.
  4. Drizzle half of the white chocolate over the snack mix, then stir around.
  5. Drizzle the remaining half of the chocolate over the mix, and stir again.
  6. Add rainbow sprinkles.
  7. Allow the mix to set, until chocolate solidifies. You can leave it right on the counter, or chill in the refrigerator.
  8. Break any large chunks of mix, and serve, or store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to enjoy.

What You’ll Need

  • 2, 12oz bags green candy melts (If you are unable to find green candy melts you can get white chocolate candy melts and add green food coloring to it once heated.)
  • 1 bag of Mini Pretzel Twists
  • 1 bag of Small Pretzel Sticks
  • Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Lay out a piece of parchment paper.
  2. Heat candy melts according to packaging instructions. If you do not have instructions, in a small microwave safe bowl, combine 1/2 cup light green and 1/2 cup bright green candy melts and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
  3. Dip one pretzel twist in your chocolate at a time and lay three in a group with the bottoms touching each other in the shape of a shamrock.
  4. Dip 3/4 of a pretzel stick into the melted chocolate and carefully press in between the three pretzels.
  5. Top with sprinkles and leave them to set for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

What You’ll Need

  • 3/4 bag of Lucky Charms Marshmallows (included in box)
  • 3 cups of Milk Chocolate morsels
  • Graham Crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Pour 3 cups of milk chocolate morsels into a round pie plate. Spread the chocolate chips into an even layer.
  3. Top milk chocolate with Lucky Charms marshmallows.
  4. Place in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until the chocolate has melted and the Lucky Charms marshmallows are puffy. Keep in mind that the milk chocolate morsels may retain their shape but will be glossy when melted.
  5. Serve with graham crackers and enjoy your St Patrick’s Day inspired s’mores! If you need to reheat it, pop it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
